The north area is primarily an office district, so parking lots are usually crowded during weekdays. In contrast, the south area is a shopping district, making parking more crowded on weekends. Your parking choice will depend on when you visit and where you plan to go.

A discount ticket called “CAMON Ticket (カモンチケット)” is available for some parking lots. Ask the staff at department stores or other shops when you make a purchase. Typically, if you spend over 2,000 yen, you can receive a parking discount ticket, such as the CAMON Ticket.
Car size
Multistory parking garages typically accommodate cars with a height of up to 155 cm, known as “standard size cars.” Vehicles taller than 155 cm, referred to as “high-roof” cars, must use non-multistory parking options, such as self-parking multistory lots. Finding suitable parking for a high-roof car can be challenging.
Odori Park North Area
Times Station Sapporo Sosei Square(タイムズステーションさっぽろ創世スクエア)
The parking space is wide and clean, and it is directly connected to the Odori Underground Shopping Mall. It accommodates high-roof cars as well. Due to its popularity and convenience, it tends to be crowded on both weekdays and weekends.
Kita 1 jo Underground Parking(北1条地下駐車場)
You can enter the parking lot by driving from west to east on Kita 1-jo Miyanomori-dori. This parking accommodates high-roof cars and motorcycles. It is directly connected to the underground walkway called “Chikaho (チカホ),” providing easy access to the Sapporo Station area and Odori area.
You can use CAMON ticket(カモンチケット). NOT 24-hour operation.
Sapporo Grand Hotel Parking(札幌グランドホテル駐車場)
NO max fee and NO high-loof car. It is convenient to go to Sapporo station area and Odori area.
Daini Takikawa Parking(第2タキカワパーキング)
High-loof car is available.
STV Tower Parking(STVタワーパーキング)
Near Clock Tower and easy access to Sapporo station area and Odori area. High loof car is available.
Enapark Odori Nishi6(エナパーク大通西6)
Just in front of Odori Park so that it is very popular and familiar. You could not park when the big events such as Snow Festival or Yosakoi Soran. Parking fee is very reasonable. First come, first served. High-loof is available. This is one of the most recommended parking around here.
Takimoto Bld. Parking(タキモトビルパーキング)
High-loof under 178cm is available. This is very reasonable price and pay attention “Closed on Sunday”. Close to Odori Park.
LNJ Sapporo Odori Park Bld. Parking(LNJ札幌大通公園ビルパーキング)
High-loof under 176cm is available. Close to Odori Park.
This is one of the most reasonable parking here. Operation time is only weekday 8:00-1800.
Odori Park South Area
Odori Underground Parking(大通地下駐車場)
This is suitable for short term parking. NO MAX fee and NO lodging. You have to get out until 22:00.

KP Parking(KPパーキング)
This is suitable for long term parking.
Crystal Tower Parking(クリスタルタワー駐車場)
Available for high-loof car and close to Odori park and Tanukikoji. It is sad to open for only weekday. NO Saturday,Sunday and holiday.
Marui Parking B(まるいパーキングB)
For customers buying at Mitsukoshi or Marui department store. High-loof car is available.
There are two parkings of Marui Parking. Marui Parking A is not 24-hour operation. You may go into Marui Parking B. As a watchman conducts to A or B, you need to turn on your left blinker in the line to make sure entering into Marui Parking B.
The parking is so popular and familiar for local that there is too long line for waiting. If so, you have to wait on the river side driveway called “Soseigawa dori(創成川通)” where you keep the left lane as seeing TV Tower in front of you. There may be a long line when Marui and Mitsukoshi has a discount sale even if on weekday.
It is good idea for you to park as having a dinner or going Susukino.
Matsuzaki Building Parking(松崎ビルパーキング)
Middle-size loof up to 178cm is available. NOT 24-hour operation.
PARCO Parking(パルコパーキング)
High-loof available but it is crowded due to not so many space and popular for local.
Times Odori Nishi-9 No.2(タイムズ大通西9第2)
Close to Odori Park and Nishi 11 chome station. Parking fee is high. This is for short time use. High-loof car is available.
Repark Sapporo S1W9 No.2(リパーク札幌南1西9第4)
High-loof car is available.
Marutomo 6 Chome Parking(丸友6丁目パーキング)
high-loof car is available. Max price is the cheapest in the area. 4 minutes walk to Odori Park.
Minipark 100(ミニパーク100)
Minipark has two types of parkings which allow high-loof car. This is the cheapest one hour fee in the area.
