Sapporo White Illumination, which began in 1981, is one of Japan’s largest illumination events. In Odori Park, numerous wire-frame statues adorned with LEDs light up the area. Following this event, the park transforms for the Sapporo Snow Festival. Throughout the winter, Odori Park becomes a bustling hub attracting numerous visitors.
