This place is written as [JRタワーT38] in Japanese.
This is one of the main buildings at Sapporo Station, and it’s the tallest structure in the Sapporo Station area. The majority of the building is occupied by business offices. Additionally, it houses medical offices, the JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, and T38. T38 is an observation floor where, on clear days, visitors can enjoy views of the Hidaka mountain range.
