Sapporo Ramen Kyowakoku(札幌らーめん共和国) is located in ESTA 10F, one of the JR Tower Shopping Mall. This is the theme park of Ramen Food Culture. There are 8 Ramen shops and one of them from Tokyo, not Hokkaido. Most of shops are newcomer-ramen shops and their foundations are usually at most the last 10 years. But they are reliably selected as 8 shops from many ramen shops in Hokkaido. So to speak, these ramen shops are trend in Sapporo. Enjoy them!
