The season of salmon and mushroom has come. That means Autumn coming. At Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, salmons and mushrooms are auctioned. So many restaurants are going to serve salmon dishes such as Sake Oyako Donburi, which are contained with salmon and its egg. It’s time to eat! Also some mushrooms called ‘Rakuyou’ in Hokkaido are now in season. Some Izakaya restaurants might deal these mushrooms in their menu, but merely, I guess. Most of them are used as home cooking putting in miso soup. That’s really delicious.
